Report a Repair
If you are on the 2021-2026 Model lease – and would like to report an ‘essential repair’, please fill out the contact form below – and in the Query Category, select Shared Ownership Repair.
All gas repair works must be carried out by a ‘Gas Safety Registered’ engineer. See the link below.
All electrical work must be undertaken by a ‘qualified electrician’. See the link below.
All other works must be carried out by a reputable qualified tradesperson.
If the works have already been completed by a tradesperson that IS NOT qualified, they may be subject to a safety inspection, and if corrective works are required, they could be subject to a re-charge fee.
