“I was renting a 2 bedroom house in London for over 8 years, but always wanted to buy my own home.

I wanted to purchase a property outright, but knowing my age I knew that banks wouldn’t be willing offer me enough for a traditional mortgage, so I started looking at affordable solutions.

I was told about Shared Ownership by a friend and it looked like a great idea. It meant that I would be able to afford to purchase my dream home.

Now that we’ve moved we feel happy. The rent and mortgage are both reasonable as well.

We like the place very much. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the neighbours are very nice.

I would describe the Snugg Homes experience as very professional and easy. All the people we met were very kind and helpful.”
