Paisley purchased a 3 bedroom, end mews home through Shared Ownership so that she could a provide better life for her children.

This is her Snugg Homes story…

“Before purchasing this property, my children and I had been living in my partner’s house (now ex partner), but the breakdown of our relationship meant we needed to move. I was in a good financial position, but having two dependent children prohibited me from being able to get a 100% mortgage.

A friend told me about Shared Ownership, so I started looking on Rightmove to see what properties were available and in which areas.

I really liked that Shared Ownership allows you to purchase a percentage of a property but gives you the opportunity in the future to purchase the house outright.

Since moving into my new home my life has been amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the house, it really does feel like home. The area is lovely; everyone seems really friendly and there is so much to do – and all within walking or driving distance. I have also been able to keep my children at the same school which they were very happy about.
