Leah and her partner Martin recently purchased their first home together on the Lime Gardens development.
This is their Snugg Homes story…
“I am 23 and my partner Martin is 31. This is our first family home!
Prior to the move, we were both living with our parents, but we really wanted to move into our first home together.
We started looking online, and came across the Shared Ownership scheme on Snugg Homes website. We found a home we really liked on the Lime Gardens development in Sutton Bonington.
The whole process with Snugg Homes was very quick, it only took about 5 months for us to move in!
We love the home and the estate and surrounding area is really lovely as well.
