Jasmine is over the moon with her new 3 bedroom home on Thorne Meadows.

This is Jasmine’s Snugg Homes story…

“I had been renting from Adactus Housing (now Jigsaw Homes North) for many years, but wanted to buy my own home. I moved around a lot – to try to get what I wanted – and bought different houses outright, but they were never quite right. I went from Wheelton to North Yorkshire, to Chorley within the space of a year and a half! But all the properties I bought had issues.

I realised that I would never be able to afford what I needed/wanted with a traditional purchase, so I began looking at Help To Buy schemes.

Having rented a home from Adactus for so long I knew that there were Government schemes available, so I looked on their website and came across Snugg Homes. I looked at their Shared Ownership properties and found a house that would be perfect for me.

Since moving I’m beginning to find happiness again. I recently lost my entire family to cancer and I needed to find my dream house where I could settle, heal, make roots and find comfort; I have found that now.

I love my new home and couldn’t have asked for more with my budget. I am so grateful to Snugg Homes for giving me this opportunity. The house and area is 10/10.
