“I am 32 and live with my fiancée and two sons. Before the move we had been living in a privately rented property in Longridge, but we had always hoped we would have own home and so that first step onto the property ladder was a big motivator for us. 

We starting doing a lot of research and our mortgage advisor at metro finance told us about Shared Ownership.

In the current economy, its difficult to get a traditional mortgage without a sizeable deposit, so Shared Ownership, with intent to buy more shares, seemed the logical choice for us.

Our family now has more freedom, more comfort and relief. It’s a place that allows us to grow.

The house is brilliant, lots of snags but the development is great.
