“The landlord at our rented home in Chatburn decided to sell the property, so we needed to find a new home very quickly (we were given within 2 months notice).

My sister owns a property through Shared Ownership and so we knew it was an affordable option. We started looking straight away and quickly found our beautiful home at Waddow View advertised on Rightmove.

I feel so much more secure now than when we were renting. My boys are settled and love that they have a garden and a bedroom each. It feels amazing to live in a brand new house and to be able to call it ‘our home’.

The development is fantastic. It’s in a quiet location and conveniently close to the town centre. The house itself is beautiful. There are still some snagging issues but they are being looked into at the end of the month.
