Angela and her partner Paul are now settling into their new 4 bedroom home at Centurion Village in Leyland.

This is their Snugg Homes story…

I am 66 and my partner, Paul, is 74. Before purchasing a share in one of the properties at Centurion Village, we were living in a flat above a pub. We didn’t have much privacy and we really wanted to own our own garden so that the grandchildren had somewhere to play when they came over.

We had heard about Snugg Homes and Shared Ownership through a sheltered accommodation agency, so we started looking on their website for available properties in the Preston area.

Paul and I are now really looking forward to living in our new home in Leyland. We’re sure that we’ll be very happy.
