Becoming homeowners felt like a dream for us, but once our little one arrived, we knew it was time to take the next step and create a home of our own.
Archie’s Snugg Homes story…
Before moving, my partner, our baby and I were living in an attic room at her parents’ house. We were incredibly grateful for their support, but as our child grew, we realised we needed more space for him to learn, play and thrive. More than anything, we wanted somewhere we could truly call our own and start building our future together as a family.
Shared Ownership made that dream feel achievable. We were drawn to it because it offered a more affordable route onto the property ladder, and it gave us the opportunity to buy a home in a lovely area within our dream town. Once we learned more about it, we felt there was every reason to go for it.
Moving into our new home has had such a positive impact on our lives. Having our own space has allowed us to organise our home exactly how we want it and grow even closer as a family. Our son now has room to explore, learn and develop, and we’ve been able to help him build new skills every day. The extra space has made a huge difference and has genuinely improved so many aspects of our daily life.
The house itself is more than we ever imagined. We absolutely love living here. Everything feels perfect for us, and even now it still feels a little bit like we’re on holiday. It’s a home we’re incredibly proud of and grateful for.
