Georgia was privately renting an apartment in Skipton, but wanted to invest in a property through Shared Ownership.

This is her Snugg Homes story…

“I read about Shared Ownership a few years ago and have always had it at the back of my mind as an option. I live on my own and I am a first time buyer, so I wanted a house I could move straight into which didn’t need any work doing. I liked the flexibility of Shared Ownership and the fact you can staircase in the future.

I feel a lot happier now. The home is lovely and I really like the style of the house. It’s extremely well insulated and the neighbourhood is great too. I also have a lot more room, which is always a bonus.
