Nicola Hartley

“Hi, I’m Nicola, and I’m a Property Sales Administrator within the Snugg Homes team. I’ve been part of Jigsaw for the past three years, working in Housing Management, and before that I spent eight years working in retail. This has given me over 10 years of customer service experience in total.

I’ve always enjoyed helping people and take pride in doing my best to provide a positive experience, so I’m really excited to bring this into my new role. I have a genuine interest in property and I’m looking forward to developing my skills and knowledge within Snugg Homes, whilst building a long-term career within the department.

Interesting fact: I’ve previously worked as a TV extra! I’ve appeared on Coronation Street and also featured in an Adidas advert with Stormzy back in 2018!
