“My name is Gemma, I am a Property Sales Administrator for Snugg Homes (part of the Jigsaw Homes Group). I am the newest member of the team; I joined in October 2021, but I have worked for Jigsaw Homes for nearly 3 years, and in Customer Care for 22 years. I really enjoy my job, especially speaking to people and helping them to find their dream home. I thrive on Customer Care and hopefully my experience shows when I talk to people.“

Interesting fact: Gemma was once nominated for a Customer Care award for the KBB Awards. She met (and proudly got a selfie with) Jimmy Carr when she attended the awards ceremony in London.
