Luke and his fiancé Haydn are now proud owners of a gorgeous 4 bedroom home at Centurion Village.

This is their Snugg Homes story…

“I lived in Leyland and Haydn lived in Adlington, we were both living with our parents and travelling to and from each others houses; the commuting back and forth became really expensive. We were ready to move in with each other and after getting engaged in February of this year it was the next logical next step.

We had been looking for our first home for some time, and after another property fell though we looked at the Snugg Homes website to see what was available. We really wanted to stay as close to the Preston area as possible, so when we found Centurion Village it was perfect for us.

We had been aware of Snugg Homes for a while and so we are so happy we chose them to help us on our first property adventure.

I found out about Shared Ownership through Snugg Homes after researching the best way to get onto the property ladder. The scheme allowed us to pay a much smaller deposit for a larger house. We got our dream four bedroom home, and the combined rent and mortgage payments are the same monthly cost, if not cheaper, than a full mortgage.

Life has become so much more settled; we are putting our own stamp on the place which we can’t wait to get finished!

The development at Centurion village is so friendly. We have met both of our neighbours and we have been warmly welcomed into the village. They have a Facebook group for discussions and advice on the site too!
