Bolaji’s Snugg Homes story…

“My name is Bolaji. I am from Wigan. This home has provided my family with stability, comfort, and a fresh start.

I wanted a home I could truly call my own – somewhere my children and I could feel settled without the uncertainty of renting, landlord challenges, or unexpected rent increases.

Previously, I was living in a rented two-bedroom house with my two children. The limited space meant I had to share a bedroom with my daughter, which was not ideal for our long-term needs.

I learned about Shared Ownership through my younger brother and later researched further online through Jigsaw Homes. It presented a valuable opportunity to step onto the property ladder and secure a stable, affordable home for my family.

Since moving, life has changed significantly for us. I feel more at peace and less stressed, knowing we have stability and security. I am proud of this achievement and grateful to God for the opportunity. My children are happy, comfortable, and excited to be in a place they can truly call home.

The development is modern, well-designed, and built with quality materials. The inclusion of dedicated parking and a car charging point adds further convenience. Although there were minor delays during the process, these were resolved, and the overall experience has been very positive.

Finally, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my family for their unwavering support throughout this journey.
