John loves his new three bedroom home at Moorfield Park. 

This is his Snugg Homes story…

“I’m a 21 year old IT engineer and moved to Poulton-le-Fylde from St Anne’s On Sea.

Buying my own house enabled me to provide a safe and secure home for myself, my cat, and my mum, who had left an unhealthy relationship.

Tired of living in a rented property, I began looking at the different ways that I could afford to purchase my own home. I found out about the Shared Ownership scheme while browsing the internet, and it seemed to sit within my budget range.

The main benefits of Shared Ownership for me, were getting on the property ladder early, and providing somewhere safe for my mum to live. Shared Ownership has allowed me to secure a property at a very young age, and this is something I am very proud of. 

The whole area around my home is lovely. I am actually in love with my house, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Snugg Homes were great. The only minor problems we had was a mix up of the post codes which forced documents to be resigned, re-witnessed, and reposted. Everything else went perfectly well, I and I would 100 % recommend Snugg Homes.

Here’s a picture of my cat, living stress free with no worries. She’s found a new hobby of ‘builder watching’ which she particularly enjoys.”
