“After renting for nine years, my partner and I had to move when our landlord decided to sell the house.

We got in touch with Snugg Homes about a plot at the Kingsley Manor development, and as soon as we viewed the property, we knew we loved it.

We’d been living just five minutes away, so we already knew and liked the area. Kingsley Manor gave us the chance to stay local, which was really important to us.

We absolutely love the estate we’re on. Even with building work still going on around us, the house feels so peaceful and full of light.

Sam, who supported us throughout the process at Snugg Homes, was fantastic. She made everything feel smooth and straightforward, even when the solicitors made things more stressful than they needed to be!

We’re both in our 50s now and honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. We love our life, and we love our forever home. Thank you so much!”
