  • Employed, or have a firm offer of permanent employment in Ribble Valley.
  • Close family associations; these include: parents, adult children, brothers and sisters living in the Borough continuously for at least 5 years.
  • Applicants who have served in HM Forces in the last 5 years will be eligible to be considered for accommodation without meeting the Local Connection criteria.

Plots 2 & 3 also have an over 55’s restriction on them.  A qualifying person would need to meet both the local connection restriction and be aged 55 years or over.  (The over 55’s restriction can be lifted after 8 weeks of marketing post handover. )
